What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal payments. Your address MUST be a confirmed address, otherwise, you payments will be sent back.

What is your return policy?
We guarantee against manufacturers' defects for 30 days from the date of the delivery. Products with Manufacturer Warranties which exceed 30 days, may be returned directly to the manufacturer according to their instructions. All returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise. Merchandise must be in original factory condition, and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Unwanted products may be returned with prior authorization only! All returned merchandise is reimbursed for the original purchase price less shipping & handling and must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Unwanted product returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. REFUSED DELIVERY: Customers will be responsible for all charges associated with shipping and handling. Once the merchandise is returned to our warehouse, credit will be issued for the original purchase price less shipping and handling. All reimbursements are done in the form of company credit which can be used towards new orders. Please note: We have NO RETURN policy on all cell phones and cell phone accessories.

Are your products new or factory reconditioned?
If the item is factory reconditioned you will see (R) next to the model number. If there is no (R) next to the model number the product is brand new. Products that are reconditioned by the manufacturer have been tested to meet quality specifications, some items come with 90 days manufacturer's warranty. The warranty is serviced direct.

How long does it take to process and ship orders?
All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days.

Which shipping method do you offer?
FedEx Ground, FedEx Saver, FedEx 2nd Day Air and FedEx Next Day Air are the available shipping options. USPS is used to ship orders to PO Boxes only. FedEx Ground 3 - 5 Business Days 11.10 USD; FedEx Saver 3 Days 26.76 USD, FedEx 2nd Day Air 2 Days 33.54 USD; FedEx Standard Overnight by 3 pm Next Business Day 66.70 USD. For the herbal & supplemental products the shipping methods are as follows: USPS Priority Mail 3 - 5 Days $6.55 Delivery Confirmation; FedEx Ground 3 - 5 Days $9.95 Full Tracking, FedEx Express 2 - 3 Days $14.95 Full Tracking, FedEx International Priority 3 - 5 Days $24.95 Full Tracking, USPS Global Priority Mail 5 - 7 Days $15.95 No Tracking. Choose the shipping method of choice. Note: JustSomeStuff is not responsible for carrier's transit time. You MUST file a claim with the selected carrier if purchased items have not arrived to the confirmed address within 10 business day, excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow 2 business days for domestic handling time.
